SkillFluent is a youth organization that is committed to offering engaging sessions on essential skills students need to know in the 21st century that are not typically presented in the classroom. Our organization aims to provide a support network for youth growth and development, striving to make the transition between middle school, high school, and beyond as seamless as possible.

Anika Srivastava
CEO & Founder
Hey, I am Anika Srivastava and I am currently in 12th grade at McNeil High School! I love learning about business, entrepreneurship, and other valuable skills. I especially love to mentor others on these subjects and more, which is why I founded SkillFluent! I will be attending UT McCombs as the class of 2025.
Manasvi Katuri

Hi! My name is Manasvi Katuri and I am a sophomore at McNeil High School. I have a great interest in business and making music. I joined SkillFluent to expand my knowledge and establish new relationships! I am super excited to be part of the team and help the organization to make long term effects! :)
Aditi Dani

Hello! I am Aditi Dani and currently a freshman at the University of Texas at Austin. I am majoring in Neuroscience with a minor in Philosophy and I am so excited to be a part of the SkillFluent team. I love to spend time painting, playing the violin, swimming, and exploring new places with friends!

Cadence Russin

Cadence Russin is a senior at Westwood High School. She spends a lot of time sewing, baking, watching Netflix, and playing the clarinet in her spare time. She joined SkillFluent because she believes that there are many valuable lessons outside of the classroom that will hopefully ease the transition between high school and college.

Hi everyone! I’m Benjamin li and I am currently a senior at McNeil Highschool. I love learning about business, researching interesting topics, and bullet journaling. I will also be attending UT McCombs as the class of 2025. I am super excited about working on the SkillFluent team as I love to help and inspire others!
Srilekha Cherukuvada
Marketing Advisor
Srilekha is a senior at Westwood High School in Austin, Texas. She is a freelance writer and has written for publications such as Business Insider, Mashable, Urban Asian, The Tempest, and several others. Srilekha is also the founder of Plannr Consulting, a student-led nonprofit organization striving to spread mental health awareness. She is beyond excited to see SkillFluent grow into an amazing organization helping students learn lifeskills globally.

Hi, I’m Megha Jayavelu, a sophomore at the University of Texas at Dallas :) I’m majoring in Neuroscience as well as Cognitive Science, and hope to give back to society! I enjoy making a difference, either being small or big! At the end of the day, it’s always trying to give back what you learned to society, to help make the world a better place for the future
